Senior Clinical Programs Manager

PurposeMed is a Canadian-founded healthtech company established in 2019 with a mission to improve access to complex care for underserved communities. We're looking for a Senior Clinical Programs Manager who can operate at the intersection of clinical credibility and operational rigor. This is a critical role for a strategic executor who thrives on taking complex pilots from concept to scale and ensuring that clinical initiatives are deeply embedded into the fabric of our organization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Nursing or equivalent with at least one active Advanced Practice Nursing (NP) License within Canada
• 5+ years of clinical experience and 2+ years in program management, clinical operations, or healthcare strategy
• Proven expertise in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from pilot to full-scale sustainability
• Advanced skills in project management including the use of trackers, briefs, and risk mitigation frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build alignment across diverse internal and external groups
