About this role
OverviewWe are an emerging food brand preparing for significant expansion through upcoming TikTok Shop and Amazon launches. Having built strong local momentum through word-of-mouth growth and retail placements, we are now scaling brand awareness, creator partnerships, e-commerce operations, and customer acquisition across new channels. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Growth Marketing & Influencer Coordinator to execute a wide variety of marketing, influencer outreach, research, and project management initiatives.
Timezone - Pacific Timezone
Hours: 20 hours per week
Rate: 10 - 12 USD per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Marketing & Creator Partnerships: Research, source, and outreach to creators and affiliates via email and social platforms. Maintain influencer databases, manage communications, track deliverables, and coordinate product samples through Shopify. Develop creator enablement materials including talking points, hooks, and briefs.
- TikTok Shop & Amazon Launch Support: Support the backend execution and ongoing management of TikTok Shop and Amazon initiatives. Assist with TikTok affiliate activation, competitor/category research, and Amazon listing optimization using tools like Helium 10.
- Email Marketing & Content Support: Build, format, and schedule email campaigns in Omnisend or similar platforms using founder briefs. Refine AI-generated content outlines to align with our brand voice, test layouts, organize assets, and support blog publishing.
- Project Management & Research: Maintain project plans, launch checklists, and timelines within ClickUp. Proactively identify roadblocks, document operational SOPs, and conduct market research to optimize customer acquisition strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or project management within e-commerce.
- Tools & Platforms: Experience with ClickUp (or similar project tools), Google Workspace, and Canva. Experience with email platforms (Omnisend/Klaviyo) and e-commerce portals (Amazon Seller Central/Shopify) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Fluent English speaker with exceptional written communication and copywriting skills.
- AI Competency: Experience using AI tools to improve research capability and operational productivity is a plus.
