Microsoft 365 Organizational Change Management Consultant

Planet Technologies is seeking a highly motivated M365 Organizational Change Management Consultant to support impactful projects that make a difference for our country. The enthusiastic and self-motivated individual will help grow our thriving practice, provide world-class OCM services, and delight our customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management or adoption functions.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Professional with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Must have the ability to proactively respond to internal/external questions and collaborate across internal/external teams.
• Experience with user research (qualitative and quantitative) and post-implementation reviews.
• PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner or Microsoft Adoption Specialist certification(s) is a plus.
• Core OCM knowledge
