Role Overview

This isn’t your typical SEO role — it’s your chance toown the engine behind growth.
As aSenior SEO Specialist, you won’t just optimize pages — you’ll architect visibility, shape strategy, and turn search into a serious business driver. From deep technical dives to big-picture planning, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, performance, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and execute the SEO roadmap.
Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes.
Optimize website performance, structure, and UX.
Provide SEO insights to guide content strategy.
Monitor performance using GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush.
Analyze data to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
Identify and act on SEO growth opportunities.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

5–10+ years experience in SEO or digital marketing.
Proven track record of growing organic traffic.
Strong experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush.
Hands-on experience managing and optimizing websites.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and site structure.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with international or global SEO campaigns.
Exposure to JavaScript SEO or advanced technical SEO.
Background in eCommerce, SaaS, or agency environments.
Familiarity with AI tools for SEO and content workflows.

Work Details
Work Setup:Fully Remote.
Schedule:Night Shift (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM CST).
Workdays:Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | TH - FRI Off.
Employment Type:Full-time.
