Role Overview

  • From calendar mastery to CRM precision, from onboarding flows to process improvements — you’re the quiet force that turns complexity into clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the founder’s calendar.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Prepare meeting briefs and supporting materials.
  • Coordinate and execute client onboarding processes.
  • Build and improve workflows, templates, and SOPs.
  • Track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity.
  • Support daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):

  • 4+ years experience in Executive Assistant, Operations, or Administrative roles.
  • Experience supporting founders or senior leadership.
  • Strong calendar management and prioritization skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Experience working in remote environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
  • Experience in fast-paced, founder-led or startup environments.
  • Background in operations or process improvement.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools.
  • Experience handling client onboarding processes.
