Role Overview

- As anAU RTO CPD Administration Officer, you’ll help power the processes behind Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for one of Australia’s respected professional member bodies.
- Think of this role as theengine room of accuracy and organization. From maintaining CPD records and testing online learning content to managing inbox enquiries and supporting reporting, your work ensures the CPD team operates with precision and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CPD team.
- Maintain accurate data entry and record management for CPD activities.
- Conduct user testing of online CPD content to identify errors or issues.
- Analyze data and assist in generating reports.
- Organize and manage files, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Monitor and manage the team inbox, responding or escalating enquiries as required.
- Support document updates and compliance tracking.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across records and documentation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Minimum2 years’ experience in administrative support roles in the education sector.
- Strongattention to detailin reviewing and editing work.
- Experience withdata entry and record management.
- Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience managingshared inboxes or mailboxes.
- Ability to workindependently in a remote work setup.
- Strongwritten and verbal communication skills.
- Ability toprioritize tasks and manage workload within business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure toMoodle, Salesforce, or similar systems.
- Experience supportingeducation, training, or compliance teams.
- Experience working withprofessional development or membership-based organizations.
