Outbound Performance & Client Success Lead

We are hiring an Outbound Performance & Client Success Lead to take full ownership of client results inside a fast-growing outbound agency. You will manage 20–30 active accounts and make sure their cold email campaigns are running properly, delivering results, and continuously improving.

Requirements

• Experience managing client accounts inside a cold email or outbound agency.
• Strong understanding of deliverability, inbox placement, and sender reputation basics.
• Hands-on experience improving underperforming outbound campaigns.
• Ability to write and optimize cold email copy.
• Comfort using outbound tools, automation platforms, and data dashboards.
• Practical use of AI tools to improve workflow and campaign performance.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Clear and professional English communication skills.
• Availability during U.S. time zone overlap.
