About this role
We're a retention agency working with DTC subscription brands. We're hiring a Head of Retention to lead our work across our portfolio, focusing on subscriber retention and onboarding programs.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and a subscription platform such as Recharge, Skio, or Ordergroove
- Track record of moving a churn, LTV, or save rate metric
- Direct ownership of copy for onboarding, winback, cancel, or pause flows
