Performance Marketing Manager (Shenzhen)

We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in Shenzhen, China. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the China digital marketing ecosystem and experience scaling performance marketing in China. The role involves owning and growing Paid Search and SEO channels, as well as native Chinese channels, and collaborating with industry professionals to drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the China digital marketing ecosystem and how to acquire users via native channels.
• Proven track record scaling performance marketing in China (Paid Search and/or other paid channels).
• At least 3 years of experience marketing proxy / VPN / scraping / cybersecurity / developer tools / SaaS (or closely related tech).
• Ability to build growth plans based on data, run experiments, and optimize funnel conversion end-to-end.
• Strong analytical skills: can define KPIs, build reporting, and make decisions based on results.
• Fluent Mandarin and strong working proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced international environment.
