About this role

This is a remote position.

Please note that this is an individual contributor manager role and will not handle direct reports.

What We Do

At Outsource Access, we help strategic consultancies optimize their Go-To-Market strategies through sales process engineering, fractional leadership, and technology integration. We don't just execute basic marketing tasks—we make sure we implement comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

How You’ll Make a Difference
  • Driving the Strategy: You will take charge of developing and implementing marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive lead generation.

  • Mastering the Funnel: You will serve as the primary HubSpot administrator. You will be responsible for managing email marketing, handling automation workflows, and maintaining CRM data integrity.

  • Building Content Authority: You will lead the creation of marketing collateral to establish thought leadership. This includes creating social media posts for LinkedIn, drafting case studies, and writing blog content.

  • Fueling the Sales Engine: You will monitor and report on marketing KPIs, such as ROI, conversion rates, and traffic, to optimize spend and strategy. You will also collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts directly support sales pipelines and revenue goals.

  • The Autonomous Go-Getter: You are a self-starter who can manage their own tasks and deadlines without constant supervision. You proactively anticipate operational needs, independently document processes, and demonstrate a high degree of integrity regarding data security protocols.

  • The Agile Communicator: You have exceptional written and verbal English skills suitable for high-level B2B consulting environments. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where strategies may pivot based on client needs.

  • The Analytical Strategist: You possess an analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret complex data. You use this data to make informed marketing decisions.

  • Tech-Savvy: You possess expert tech proficiency and mastery of HubSpot (Marketing and CRM), Google Workspace, and project management tools like ClickUp or Monday.com.

  • Your Home Office: You have a secured and dedicated home work set-up with high-speed internet. You will bring your own device, which must be a laptop with at least 16GB RAM, an external monitor, and a reliable VPN for secure system access.
