Junior Linux Systems Administrator (Internal Only)

OSC EdgeTech is seeking a Junior Linux Systems Administrator to join the team. The role involves assisting in the administration, maintenance, and support of Linux server environments. The position is open to internal OSC EdgeTech employees only.

Requirements

• Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical and virtual Linux servers
• Support routine server patching, software updates, and backups
• Monitor system performance, resource utilization, and network services
• Provide initial support for service interruptions, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems as needed
• Help manage user accounts and permissions, and assist with implementing basic system security measures
