Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years' experience in customer service, healthcare, or leadership OR 1 year of internal company experience with demonstrated success in relevant area
• Proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard
• Strong interpersonal skills
