Contracts Manager

O'Reilly Media is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our Legal Services team. The role involves managing a robust contract pipeline, drafting and negotiating subscription agreements, and partnering with outside counsel on complex matters.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a contracts-intensive position within new media, online learning and/or technology industries, or a related field with transferable skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal issues and business concerns relating to SaaS contracts, IP licenses, product/services procurement, AI risk mitigation
• Ability to think strategically and develop persuasive contractual arguments to support business policies and objectives
