Main Responsibilities

Build and improve features that help our AI orchestrator deliver personalized experience.
Write clean, reliable code with performance, scalability, and security in mind.
Work closely with other developers to design, build, and maintain our Go-based microservices.
Take end-to-end ownership of our services: from implementing them to deploying, monitoring, and improving them over time.
Work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment and enjoy adapting, learning, and shipping solutions at high speed.

Core Requirements

Experience to create scalable, stable, and secure code with Golang.
Experience working with distributed technologies and NoSQL databases, with a strong background in high-load applications and microservices architecture.
System design is nothing new to you - you're familiar with Domain-Driven Design principles and know what patterns to use when and why.
Passionate about secure, compliant backend architecture and technologies.
Comfortable balancing speed and quality in a startup environment.
A collaborative mindset where you love to discuss, rethink, and redesign your ideas that create shared success within your team and the company.

Salary Range:

Gross Salary 19800 - 33400 PLN/Month.
