Sr. Implementation Manager

AssistIQ is seeking a Sr. Implementation Manager to lead complex, multi-site deployments of their platform across surgical suites and procedural areas in hospitals throughout North America. The role involves owning end-to-end implementation, driving execution excellence, and shaping scalable processes to support the company's growth.

Requirements

• Lead implementations of product at customer locations from discovery to live deployment
• Serving as an on-site leader during critical phases of implementation
• Identifying product gaps and communicating them to the customer and internal product team
• Translating customer needs and field insights into actionable product feedback
• Building and maintaining relationships across clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders
