Job Summary

Lean Agilist, Senior

Role Summary Provides experienced consultation, coaching and hands-on application for SAFe / Lean-Agile / LPM practices across the ORIS Agile Release Train and Value Stream Enablement activities.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate superior knowledge, competency, and in-depth field experience in adopting Agile across an enterprise.
  • Provide experienced consultation for the large-scale implementation of agile practices including but not limited to SAFe.
  • Coach teams on PI Planning, backlog refinement, Inspect & Adapt, and dependency management
  • Support Value Stream Enablement governance and intake prioritization priorities and help maintain ART stability while flexing capacity for surge demands
  • Facilitate continuous improvement of the operating model
  • Mentor Scrum Masters and team members on Lean-Agile practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC)
  • Minimum 7 years leading Agile and SAFe implementations in medium to large organizations

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or healthcare technology environments, particularly within the Federal HER or within VHA
  • LPM or Agile Certifications are highly recommended
  • Strong facilitation and change-management skills (Prosci Certification)
