Client Delivery Manager

We're looking for an Account Manager / Project Manager to own client delivery across our SEO and PPC accounts. This role operates fully remote with regular video calls and client-facing meetings. You'll partner directly with the founder as the central point of coordination between leadership, the delivery team, and clients.

Requirements

• Agency or professional services delivery experience
• Strong project and task management skills — ClickUp or similar
• Ability to juggle multiple client workstreams without losing the details
• Comfortable leading meetings and driving clarity under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal English — non-negotiable
• Working knowledge of SEO and PPC from an agency delivery standpoint
• A proactive problem-solver who flags risks before they escalate
