B2B Travel Agent with French – Portugal (Remote or Hybrid Lisbon)

We’re hiring a B2B Travel Agent to join our Portugal team. This full-time role offers flexibility: work fully remote from anywhere in Portugal or hybrid from Lisbon. It’s ideal for experienced travel professionals who thrive in corporate travel support and want to grow within a fast-paced, international environment.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Support customers via chat, phone, and email

• Manage bookings for hotels, flights, rail, and cars

• Handle complex itineraries including ticketing, reissues, cancellations, EMD/MCO issuance, and PNR management

• Apply travel policies and global regulations

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve customer experience

• Participate in training and product updates

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Native/fluent French + fluent English (B2+)

• Experience in corporate/business travel bookings

• Proficiency with Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo GDS systems

• Strong knowledge of fares, reissues, cancellations, ARC/BSP practices

• Familiarity with NDC, low-cost carriers, and aggregators (advantage)

• Excellent customer service and multitasking skills

• Ability to manage urgent travel requests in a fast-paced environment

• Availability for rotating schedules, Mon–Sun (07:00–22:00)
