Sr. Technical WFM Consultant

Mosaic Consulting Group is looking for a remote Sr. Technical WFM Consultant to join their team. The consultant will support clients with their UKG Pro WFM system and have a primary discipline of UKG Boomi Integration Development. The role requires 5+ years of experience in UKG Boomi Integration Development, Data Conversion, Database/SQL Development, Custom Application Development, and hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM.

Requirements

• Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment
• Mentor Technical Consultants through their first projects, and delegate solutioning as needed
• Build meaningful relationships with our clients and internal team members to provide technical knowledge of Boomi and UKG Pro WFM
• Review technical requirements to assess estimates to be used in Statements of Work for our clients
• Troubleshoot integrations to resolve client issues
• Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed
