Requirements

• PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• MS in Chemistry with 3+ years research or industry experience
• BS in Chemistry with 5+ years lab, synthesis, or QC experience
• Working fluency in at least two of: organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, biochemistry
• Comfortable reading and interpreting reaction schemes, spectra (NMR, IR, MS), and phase diagrams
• Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form
