Mercor is hiring a Playwright/Screenwriter/Dialogue Specialist for a contract position. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating AI-generated dialogue and behavior in simulated role-play scenarios.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a playwright, screenwriter, narrative designer, or dialogue writer.
• Strong ability to inhabit a character and evaluate strategic interpersonal decisions.
• High sensitivity to subtext, non-literal communication, and emotional authenticity in dialogue.
• Familiarity with Eastern and Western cultural communication styles.
