Expert in agricultural sciences needed to author and review technical tasks, produce problem sets, and collaborate with AI research teams to improve training data quality and performance. Work is to be done remotely, 20 hours a week, for a flexible schedule.

Requirements

• PhD in Agricultural Sciences or related field
• MS with 3+ years applied research, extension, or industry experience
• BS with 5+ years applied farming, extension, or agribusiness experience
• Working fluency in at least two of: agronomy, soil science, animal science, agricultural economics, plant pathology
• Comfortable reading and interpreting crop figures, soil profiles, yield charts, and field imagery
• Clear technical writing; able to articulate reasoning step-by-step in written form
