Mercier Consultancy MD is offering a unique opportunity for a Dutch-speaking Customer Service representative for Booking.com with full relocation support to Greece. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers and ensure an optimal customer experience within the online booking platform of Booking.com.

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing; good command of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or booking industry.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Stress-resistant and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece with full relocation support.
