IT Support Engineer

Masabi is driving the fare payment revolution and is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their remote team in Romania. The role involves providing day-to-day IT support, resolving issues, and improving processes across a global team. The ideal candidate has experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience in an IT support or helpdesk role within a modern, SaaS-driven environment
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Mac and Windows, and general exposure to SaaS tools and end-user devices
• Experience administering tools like Google Workspace (or similar identity platforms)
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset, caring about the user experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to document processes meticulously
