Senior Program Finance Systems Analyst

Senior Program Finance Systems Analyst to provide systems design, programming, and accounting support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Requirements

• Using one of the tools (Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M Language), Python (Pandas), SQL or SharePoint program solutions to automate processes, eliminate manual touches, and points of failure
• Support the production of the monthly financial deliverable
• Provide project control support to Project/Program Manager to successfully plan and execute assigned projects
• Analyze project problems and recommend resolutions, work in compliance with company rules and regulations and determine key performance indicators to improve project operational efficiency
• Determine resource requirements and identify resources with right skills to execute projects
• Monitor project progress to identify and correct delays or deviations, monitor project status on regular basis and develop status reports to management
• Advise Managers on project controls practices and procedures, work independently or in a team to perform daily work assigned by Manager and follow and enforce company health and safety guidelines
• Maintain positive working relationships with management, project team and customers and perform other related duties as assigned
