The Impact you’ll make
Graphic Design Execution
Develop and implement minimalist graphic designs aligned with Carepod’s brand identity.
Produce graphics for e-commerce platforms including website banners, product images, social media content, email campaigns, and digital ads.
Sales-Driven Visual Content
Create visuals aimed at boosting engagement and sales on Carepod’s website and social media channels.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align designs with campaign goals and messaging.
Branding Packaging Design
Design packaging, promotional materials, and brand assets that reflect minimalist aesthetics and maintain brand consistency.
Ensure all visuals uphold the company’s premium, clean, and modern design standards.
Trend Monitoring Innovation
Stay updated on design trends, especially Korean and Eastern European minimalist styles, and incorporate relevant elements.
Continuously refine and evolve the brand’s visual storytelling through innovative design.
Project Collaboration Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and timely execution of visual assets.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:
Proven experience as a Graphic Artist or Designer, preferably in e-commerce or retail industries.
Strong portfolio showcasing minimalist design skills inspired by Korean and Eastern European aesthetics (referencing aesthetics like https://molekule.com/).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
Experience creating visuals for websites, social media, and sales-driven marketing campaigns.
Excellent attention to detail, with a strong sense of balance, typography, and layout.
