Talent Sourcer

Lorikeet is a company redefining customer support through AI. We're looking for a Talent Sourcer to build candidate lists, run outreach, and keep pipeline moving across technical and go-to-market roles globally.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing experience in a high-growth startup or technical recruiting context
• Active use of AI tools in sourcing workflow
• Strong written communication
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Self-sufficiency and organization
• Sourcing experience for AI, infrastructure, or developer tooling companies
• Familiarity with US and/or Australian talent markets
