Key Responsibilities- Lead the client success strategy toequip clients with the tools, resources, and guidanceneeded to achieve strong program outcomes.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Oversee onboarding and engagement processes for new clients.
- Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to recommend tailored solutions.
- Monitor client progress, gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement.
- Stay current on industry trends to enhance client engagement strategies.
- Mentor and support peers by sharing expertise, exchanging experiences, and contributing best practices during scheduled training calls.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ in client success, account management, or relationship-focused leadership roles.
- Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and deliver measurable results.
- Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills.
- Experience managing client lifecycle processes and retention strategies.
- Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Experience in purpose-driven, education, or professional services industries is preferred.
- Based in the U.S. or Canada with reliable internet access.
