Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the client success strategy toequip clients with the tools, resources, and guidanceneeded to achieve strong program outcomes.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Oversee onboarding and engagement processes for new clients.
  • Identify client needs and collaborate with internal teams to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Monitor client progress, gathering feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends to enhance client engagement strategies.
  • Mentor and support peers by sharing expertise, exchanging experiences, and contributing best practices during scheduled training calls.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional experience, with 5+ in client success, account management, or relationship-focused leadership roles.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills.
  • Experience managing client lifecycle processes and retention strategies.
  • Proficiency in digital tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Experience in purpose-driven, education, or professional services industries is preferred.
  • Based in the U.S. or Canada with reliable internet access.
