Requirements

• 4–7+ years' experience in a marketing or growth-focused role
• Proven track record of driving organic growth and SEO performance
• Strong content creation and copywriting ability
• Demonstrated ability to balance strategy with hands-on delivery
• Experience using AI tools to enhance marketing workflows
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g. GA4)
• Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity effectively
• Excellent English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home working setup
• Ability to work UK-aligned hours
