Data Analyst, Product

Kraken is seeking a Data Analyst, Product to join their team remotely. The ideal candidate will turn complex product data into clear, actionable insights that improve user experience, support the development of new features, deepen engagement, and help leadership make high-impact product decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of data analysis experience
• Deep knowledge of product KPIs, full funnel performance, and the ability to connect marketing and product insights to drive business growth
• Fintech or crypto background is a plus
• Strong hands-on SQL proficiency, including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions
• Strong hands-on Python proficiency
• Familiarity with dbt is welcomed
• Experience setting up and managing data pipelines with a strong understanding of data workflow orchestration
• Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests and experimentation frameworks
• Ability to translate results into clear growth recommendations
• Capable of creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex insights clearly
• Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Aligned with the values outlined in Kraken's Tentaclements document
• A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor such as analytics, software engineering, or economics
• Based in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Spain, Cyprus or Portugal with flexibility on working hours to support a globally distributed team
