Counsel - Litigation

Kraken is seeking a Counsel - Litigation to join their team, managing a high-volume docket of consumer arbitrations, small claims matters, and federal and state litigation matters. The successful candidate will work independently on a fast-moving docket, with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• At least 6 years of litigation experience
• Meaningful exposure to consumer financial services matters
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort operating independently on a high-volume, fast-moving docket
