E-commerce Admin with Digital Marketing experience - WFH

We are looking for an E-commerce Administrator with experience in Digital Marketing. Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

• Manage and update product listings on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
  -Handle campaign participation, flash sales, and voucher setup
  -Track platform performance metrics and implement optimizations
  
  Shopify Store Operations
  
  -Upload and maintain products, collections, and SEO-optimized product pages
  -Coordinate with warehouse and ops teams for inventory accuracy
  -Assist in managing onsite promotions and banner placements
  
  Design & Content Creation
  
  -Design banners, promotional visuals, and product images for online platforms
  -Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and is mobile-friendly
  
  Performance Marketing Support
  
  -Assist in launching and monitoring ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels
  -Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign goals and reporting
  -Help produce ad creatives, manage UTM tagging, and track performance
  
  Requirements
  
  -12 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
  -Proficiency with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify
  -Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Canva, or similar)
  -Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads
  -Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach
  -Effective time management and communication skills
