Instructional Design Lead (Remote)

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality learning experiences that enable customers and internal teams to effectively use all solutions. You will focus on asynchronous learning modules hosted in an LMS, while also supporting customer-facing training delivery in partnership with Implementation Consultants, Support, and Product teams. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring customers are confident, capable, and successful throughout onboarding and beyond.

We use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements. Our system identifies the top-fitting candidates, and this shortlist is then shared directly with the hiring company. The final decision and next steps (interviews, assessments) are managed by their internal team.
