About this role
Your role:
- Provide technical support, incident handling and serviceimprovement services and advice to client on network components of the system
Requirements:
- Relevant IT experience with 3 year or above
- Experience in IT system helpdesk support, handling changerequests and user requests
- Experience in supporting physical and/or virtual servers
- Experience in administration, support and operation on network and IT security components including switches, firewall and routers is preferred
