Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow GRC / IRM (Integrated Risk Management) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze governance, risk, compliance, and audit processes.
• Gather and document functional and regulatory requirements.
• Design and optimize risk and control management workflows.
• Support implementation of ServiceNow IRM solutions.
• Collaborate with compliance, audit, and risk management teams.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
• Understanding of risk management, compliance, audit, and control frameworks.
• Experience with business process analysis and optimization.
• Fluent German (C1) and English.
• EU-based location.
