Requirements

• Confirmed experience in real estate credit, ideally acquired within a brokerage network.
• Strong commercial orientation: taste for challenge, performance, objective achievement and customer satisfaction.
• Solid technical expertise: perfect mastery of real estate credit products, current regulations and banking negotiation mechanisms.
• Asserted advisory posture and excellent interpersonal skills, both with real estate advisors and final clients.
• Rigor, reliability and analytical spirit, essential to secure and optimize files.
• Ease with digital tools and technological environments.
