We're looking for a Talent Sourcing Assistant to support our delivery team by reactivating talent from our candidate database and organizing talent pools within our systems. The role involves recruiting and supporting the filling of active roles, managing talent pools, and networking with candidates.

Requirements

• Recruit and support the filling of active roles through talent pool management
• 80x candidate talent pool conversations and reactivations per week
• 50x direct approaches via database/LinkedIn/Seek per week
• 15x candidates floated to the internal delivery team per week
• 5x candidates selected for internal interview per week
• Accuracy of JobAdder notes and updates
• >30% LinkedIn InMail response rate
• Networking and Branding
• Reaches 500+ LinkedIn Connections
• 2x posts or company page interactions on LinkedIn per week
• 3x candidate referrals or leads received per week
