Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Entrepreneur & Horvatis Corporation

Location: Remote (US-based preferred, flexible hours)

Compensation: $30-40/hour, 8-12 hours/week to start, potential for growth.

About Us: We are building an office blending history, innovation, and legacy. We're managing estates, trusts, tech projects, and philanthropy. Need a sharp VA to handle the grind so we focus on big moves.

Responsibilities:

  • Streamline projects, scheduling, emails, and calendar for multiple entities (companies, non-profit, trust, and estates).

  • Research topics like fine art investments, tax implications, fractional executive opportunities, real estate management, historical preservation.

  • Manage digital setup: Forward emails, fix spam, organize GDrive/Slack/Automations.

  • Assist with probate, appraisals, NonProfit and GoFundMe updates.

  • Track progress & report.

  • Pull quick X/web searches for sentiment on topics like innovation in tech/AI.

  • Handle sensitive info with ironclad privacy—no leaks.

Requirements:

  • Proven VA experience (2+ years), ideally in estates, startups, or tech

  • Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Squarespace, Cloudflare.

    • Bonus: Automation scripting (Zapier, Python)

  • Organized, proactive, no hand-holding. Blunt communicator.

  • Available 8-12 hours/week, flexible for high pace.

  • US time zones (EDT-3 to UTC+1 preferred), green card or equivalent if international.
