Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on revenue management experience specifically within the Short-Term Rental (STR) industry
- Deep expertise in configuring base pricing, custom comp sets, and portfolio analytics across 100+ listings
- Proficiency with Streamline PMS, Monday.com, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data synthesis
- Comprehensive understanding of Airbnb and VRBO algorithms, RevPAR, ADR, and booking window trends
- Strong English fluency
