Role Overview

We are looking for a Short-Form Video Growth Specialist to drive audience growth and engagement through high-impact video content across social platforms. This role focuses on rapid experimentation, performance analysis, and continuous optimization of short-form video assets to support brand awareness, demand generation, and conversion goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and optimize short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts

• Develop compelling hooks, pacing, and captions tailored to platform algorithms and user behavior

• Support growth and demand campaigns with video assets for organic and paid distribution

• Track video performance and iterate based on engagement, retention, and conversion data

• Maintain consistent visual identity and messaging across all video outputs

• Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to align video strategy with funnel objectives

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience creating and optimizing short-form video content for social media growth

• Strong understanding of video engagement metrics, retention curves, and optimization strategies

• Prior remote work experience is mandatory, including fluency with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered

• Ability to test, iterate, and improve content quickly based on performance data

• Strong time management and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting growth, demand generation, or paid social campaigns

• Familiarity with A/B testing creative concepts, hooks, and formats

• Experience in fast-paced, experimentation-driven content environments

Tools & Technology

• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro

• Analytics: Native platform insights, Google Analytics

• Growth & Distribution: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, scheduling tools

• Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar
