The Servicing Investor Relations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day execution and operational management of the Investor Relations (IR) function within Servicing. This role leads the team responsible for investor reporting, request management, servicing transfers, and ongoing investor communication, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with investor requirements. This position serves as the primary driver of execution across IR workflows, owning task tracking, SLA adherence, reporting timelines, and cross-functional coordination. The Manager partners closely with Servicing, Capital Markets, Legal, and third-party servicers to ensure investor expectations are met and operational processes run efficiently.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day Investor Relations operations, including investor reporting, inbound requests, servicing transfers, and ad hoc inquiries, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and within established SLAs.
- Lead and develop the IR team by setting expectations, monitoring performance, balancing workloads, and ensuring accountability to deadlines, quality standards, and investor requirements.
- Own tracking and execution of all IR deliverables, including maintaining centralized trackers, managing reporting calendars, and ensuring all commitments across internal teams and third-party servicers are completed on time.
- Serve as the primary point of coordination for investor requests and communications, partnering with Servicing, Capital Markets, Legal, and other internal teams to gather information, resolve issues, and deliver timely, accurate responses.
- Manage servicing transfer support and investor-related operational processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Monitor SLA performance, identify risks or delays, escalate issues as needed, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of IR operations.
- Support the Sr. Manager of Investor Relations by preparing reporting summaries, status updates, and materials for internal leadership and investor discussions.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- 4 - 6 years of experience
- Bachelors in Business preferred
- Strong understanding of loan servicing operations and investor reporting requirements.
- Experience managing deadlines, SLAs, and high-volume operational workflows.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive timely execution.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify process gaps and drive improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with Capital Markets, Legal, or external investors preferred.
Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 annually
