Job Overview
The Dispatcher is the link between customers and our network of field technicians across the United States. You will coordinate jobs from start to finish, ensuring that every request is assigned quickly, accurately, and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Assign customer jobs to the right technicians based on availability, location, and skillset.
- Communicate with technicians via phone, chat, or email to provide all necessary details for each job.
- Gather and confirm technical information from customers to ensure technicians are prepared.
- Maintain real-time tracking of open jobs, following up until the technician confirms completion.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with technicians and customers, providing clear and professional communication.
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when needed.
- Meet daily and weekly assignment targets, contributing to overall team performance.
- Document activities accurately in our systems (CRM/dispatch software).
Requirements
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills – ability to manage multiple jobs and follow up without losing track.
- Tech-savvy mindset – comfortable with dispatch and CRM systems, able to explain job details to technicians.
- Great phone presence – confident, empathetic, and persuasive on calls.
- Results-driven and ambitious toward meeting targets.
- Problem-solver – quick thinker when unexpected challenges arise.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, or dispatch is a plus.
- Must have your own working computer (Windows only; Mac not allowed due to system compatibility).
- Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Willing to undergo a background check if selected.
- Must be able to work 6 days per week, 8 hours per day, aligned with EST.
