Audit Associate / Senior – UK Client (ACCA Programme Entry – Year 2)

Location: Johannesburg (Remote/Hybrid with UK Client)
Programme: ACCA (Starting from Year 2)

We are seeking Johannesburg-based, South African unqualified audit professionals who are eager to continue their professional journey through an ACCA programme while gaining exposure to a UK-based audit environment.

This opportunity is ideal for ambitious auditors who have completed their articles in audit in South Africa and are looking to broaden their international experience while remaining based in South Africa.

Minimum Requirements

• Completed articles in audit at a South African audit firm OR SAICA ITC completed OR newly qualified CA(SA)
• Honours Degree in Accounting or Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting (PGDA)
• Strong grounding in audit methodology and professional standards (ISA, IFRS / IFRS for SMEs)
• Willingness and eligibility to enroll in the ACCA programme (from Year 2)
• Based in Johannesburg, South Africa

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audit work for UK-based clients in line with UK audit standards
• Execute audit procedures, including planning, fieldwork, and completion
• Prepare and review working papers to a high-quality standard
• Communicate effectively with UK-based managers and audit teams
• Meet deadlines and manage workloads in a remote, client-facing environment
