đź“ť Type of Contract: Mandatory Internship (unpaid)
⏰ Weekly Hours: 40 hours (flexible within Berlin working hours)

Tasks
- Supporting the development and execution of FOMO’s social media strategy
- Planning and creating monthly and campaign-based content calendars
- Creating content around FOMO and its values (especially for Instagram & TikTok)
- Producing UGC content at FOMO events
- Helping ensure a consistent visual language and tone of voice across channels
- Active community management and engagement
Requirements
- A strong instinct for digital communication and storytelling
- First hands-on experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing
- A good eye for on-brand visuals and confidence working with brand guidelines
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Confidence communicating with partners and collaborators
- Proficiency in Notion, CapCut, Canva, Edits
- Very good English skills + German is helpful
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment
