Deal Desk & Renewals Associate

We're looking for a Deal Desk Associate to support our global go-to-market teams by driving efficient, scalable, and compliant deal execution. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevOps—ensuring contracts move quickly while protecting business interests.

Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Contract Operations for in a fast-growing, global startup environment
• Strong understanding of SaaS deal structures, pricing models, and contract lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with CRM and contract tools (e.g. Salesforce, Docusign, Ironclad or similar)
• Familiarity with AI tools and workflows (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, or contract automation tools)
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across regions
