About this role
Forward Deployed Engineer will be embedded with customers to grow accounts by making Firecrawl indispensable. The role involves running onboarding, lead demos, building POCs, and driving expansion conversations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role or equivalent
- Strong on-camera presence, confident on discovery calls and business reviews
- Growth-minded, thinking about accounts in terms of expansion potential
- Fast to ramp on complex products, able to develop a deep understanding of Firecrawl's API, infrastructure, and competitive landscape
