Inventor Relations Manager

As our Inventor Relations Manager, you'll play a key role in discovering and shaping the next generation of Exploding Kittens games. You'll build and nurture relationships with inventors, create and improve systems and processes, and help define how future EK games come to life.

Requirements

• Conduct outreach and build relationships with external game designers
• Evaluate submissions and coordinate cross-functional reviews
• Track and manage inventor submissions
• Manage a quarterly budget for optioning new game concepts
• Lead contract negotiations with external designers
• Review and manage royalty statements
