EverAI is seeking a creative AI LoRA Character Creator to help shape the future of interactive AI characters. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, testing, and refining AI-generated characters, ensuring content remains fresh, engaging, and on-trend. Success in this role means consistently shipping high-quality characters on schedule, ones that genuinely resonate with users.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative or technical roles
• Technical proficiency in LoRA training
• Strong creative eye for character and face selection
• Rigorous attention to detail
• Experience with or strong interest in LLM and generative AI tooling
• Fluent in English
