About this role
About the Role
The Compliance Clinical Analyst ensures ESO's trauma registry products meet national standards while supporting customers, engineering, and product teams with expert knowledge in clinical implications of data, trauma coding, registry requirements, and regulatory alignment. This role also incorporates emerging AI technology where appropriate to strengthen efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of compliance work.
In this role, you key responsibilities will be:
- Customer DataAnalysis
- Review and align customer data dictionaries and XSD's with ESO's Patient Registry system requirements.
- Provide recommendations that support accurate integration and compliance.
- Validation RuleDevelopment
- Design, build, test and maintain trauma registry validation rules, parameters, and preconditions to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Upholds the integrity of registry submissions by aligning validations with NTDB/TQIP standards.
- Submission Logic Development
- Design, build, test and maintain submission logic to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Investigate submission issue tickets when reported and curate a resolution or assign to responsible parties.
- Documentation Creation
- Develop customer-facing and internal documents that clarify rules and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to resources such as knowledge bases, data toolkits, or reference manuals.
- Professional Development &Innovation
- Stay current with industry standards and trauma registry practices through ongoing education and certifications.
- Demonstrate adaptability by learning and applying new processes and tools that strengthen ESO's workflows.
- Investigate new ways AI can support the efficiency and accuracy of Compliance efforts.
Your Qualifications
- CAISS certifications (required)
- CSTR certification (required)
- Strong knowledge of NTDB/TQIP trauma registry standards and inclusion criteria.
- Experience analyzing customer data dictionaries, XSDs, and technical specifications.
- Strong written communication skills for customer-facing and internal documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving requirements and take on high-value cross-team initiatives in an agile environment.
