Outbound Phone Operator - VA

Key Responsibilities: Receive and manage leads in our system. Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads. Schedule and book appointments for consultations. Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments. Ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer service. Requirements: Proven experience in an outbound operator or similar role. Excellent English speaking and writing skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Professional and friendly demeanor.
